Birds of Paradise
This fine art giclée print is reproduced on heavy archival matte paper for rich, true-to-original color and lasting durability.
The original artwork is a mixed-media paper collage: three vivid birds of paradise blooms in orange, magenta, and olive rise from a hand-patterned yellow and fuchsia vase set atop a wooden side table, all against a soft aqua backdrop.
The layered papers include pages from an 1879 Victorian autograph book, chalk paint over 1907 ledgers, ink-washed 1910 Freemasons meeting minutes, 1890s penmanship lesson plans, 1950s letterform homework, and patterned handmade Nepalese Lokta paper, giving the piece texture, depth, and a one-of-a-kind antique character.
A bold, botanical statement piece perfect for living rooms, entryways, or any wall that calls for color and history in equal measure.
