The original is made from patterned paper
I feel like there is a story here. Something about the keys on the counter reminds me of the end of a love affair. Moving out. “I’ll leave the keys on the counter and you’ll never see me again.”
In actuality I added the keys because the composition of the collage was too heavy on the right. It needed something to move your eyes around the image. But the love affair idea is more romantic, so just forget I said anything.
